Fry’s Gift Cards

You may have read about my use of the Fry’s gift card that benefits Trinity while allowing me to buy the same goods at Fry’s for the same price as everyone else. These gift cards are specially registered in the Fry’s computer system to benefit Trinity by giving the church a percentage of our purchases. You can get a registered card from Nancy Truscott and then start using it immediately. Trinity has been receiving over $1400 yearly since we started this program and can receive even more with more users.

Just a few reminders about the gift card use:

• Go to the Fry’s Customer Service counter BEFORE shopping and recharge the gift card. Cards are rechargeable up to $500 at a time.

• You can recharge the card by the same means you would pay at checkout – cash, credit, debit, check.

• Buy the same products at the same price as everyone else, use your VIP card as always, but pay with the gift card. Simply slide it through the card machine at checkout and you’re done! No buttons to push or forms to sign.

• The receipt will show the remaining balance on the card.

• Once the card is recharged, it’s the same as cash so don’t loose it.

• The card must be used once every 90 days to remain active.

• Only use the gift card received at church because the cards have to be coded to give Trinity credit.

The Fry’s VIP card that gives us all the sale prices can only be registered to a school not a church. TUMPS has registered with Fry’s so that our VIP cards can be coded to provide TUMPS a percentage of our purchases also. Please contact TUMPS to get the bar code which only needs to be scanned once with your VIP card to be registered.

By using the VIP card for TUMPS and the gift card for Trinity, you’ll really help the church!
